Domestic/Local Delivery

For orders under SGD110, a delivery fee of SGD3.99 is applied. Free local delivery for orders over SGD110.

Kindly allow up to 7 business days for delivery from time of purchase. During peak seasons (Chinese New Year, sales etc.), we seek your kind understanding should you experience any delays.

In the unlikely event that your items are unable to fix into our large box, they may be delivered packaged outside of the box. 

Local deliveries are handled by NinjaVan.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to Malaysia and Brunei only (as of 7 Nov 2025).

For international delivery, delivery rates will be charged based on prevailing rates provided by Singpost, based on weight and distance. 

Customs taxes and duties at destination country are to be borne by the buyer. Delivery times are provided by Singpost, and are susceptible to weather conditions or custom delays.

International orders are handled by Singpost.
