Au Airira reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from Au Airira, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.

By shopping with Au Airira, you agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your data per the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and purchase history to process your orders, provide customer service and improve our products. With your consent, we may send you updates on promotions, product launches, or special events. You can opt out of these marketing communications anytime. Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised personnel or trusted service providers necessary to fulfil your orders. We respect your rights to access, correct or withdraw consent over your data. We do not sell your data to third parties and retain personal data only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be done via ShopifyPay (Credit/ Debit Cards), ApplePay, GooglePay or Paynow. Kindly ensure that all required information submitted is accurate to avoid delays.

ORDER

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. All sales are final and may not be amended/cancelled. A combination of orders is not allowed.

For changes to addresses, kindly contact auairira@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Original shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will be borne by the purchaser and are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS

Kindly remember to redeem your points to obtain discount codes before you checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that all discount codes are accurately keyed upon checkout. Reimbursement will not be provided if the codes are not applied. Strictly no combination of orders or adding on of items will be allowed.
