RETURNS

Only returns for items purchased on our official website (www.auairira.com), requested through the original buyer’s account, are allowed. 

Returns are to be requested through the original buyer’s account, within 7 days of receiving the item. Only one return can be requested under one order. Hence, do confirm the item(s) you wish to return before proceeding with the returns.

Upon approval of the return, the item is to be sent back via trackable postage within 7 days. The buyer is to bear the delivery fees. We will process the return within 1-3 working days upon receipt.

The final amount paid will be refunded via store credits only. Coupons/discount codes used will not be returned.


Conditions to qualify for a return*:

  1. The item was purchased on the official website (www.auairira.com) and requested through the original buyer’s account

  2. Item is in its original condition (with box) as received, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag intact and in resalable condition.

  3. Store credits were not utilised

  4. Not purchased during the sale periods (as indicated during the order)

*Please ensure the return request has been approved before proceeding with any returns. Parcels that are not approved/initiated will be rejected. Buyer to bear delivery back.


WRONG/DEFECTIVE* ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for sending the wrong/defective item. 

Kindly email us at auairira@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item with

  1. Your order number 

  2. Pictures/videos of the item(s) received to rectify the order.

The item will be exchanged after receiving back the wrong item/confirmation of the missing item. Item has to be returned in its original condition (with box) as received, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag intact and in resalable condition. Should the ordered item be out of stock, a refund in the original payment method will be done.

*Issues that do not affect the overall look and wearability of the apparel will not be considered defects. Do email auairira@gmail.com to confirm.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits issued from returns have a validity of 8 months and can be used to offset your next purchase. Orders utilising partial/full store credits are not eligible for further returns. 

TOLERANCES

While we do our best to ensure the colours are accurate, they may still deviate slightly on different screens. Hence, colours may be portrayed with a slight difference when compared to the actual item.

Measurements provided on our website are taken as accurately as possible with the item laid flat. A minor variation in sizing (0.25-0.5”) is unavoidable due to cutting and sewing processes, and will not be deemed a defect.
