Where are you based in?
We are based in Singapore! All our parcels are shipped from here.

How do we contact you?
Kindly email us at auairira@gmail.com or any enquiries. We will get back in 1-3 working days.

Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes. You will sign into your account using your email and an OTP (sent to your registered email). You can collect points through orders made using your account.

Do you provide a tailoring/alteration service?
No, we do not. However if your item requires altering, do email us and we will do our best to assist you if possible.
Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via ShopifyPayment (Credit/Debit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow and store credits.

Can I cancel/amend/combine orders?
To streamline processes, no cancellation, amendments or combination can be made. Orders are final and it is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct.
In the event where you have keyed in the wrong delivery address, do email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the mistake. However, we will not be responsible if we are unable to amend it in time.

How do I apply my discount codes? When do my vouchers/discount codes/store credits expire?
Please refer to our 'Membership' page for more details.
Most discount codes have a validity of 3 months from date of issue. Free shipping vouchers have a validity of 1 month from date of issue. Store credits have an 8 months validity from date of issue.
We strictly do not allow any extension of vouchers/discount codes and store credits. Please also claim your credit vouchers before the end of the calendar year to use them.
Vouchers/discount codes & store credits are non-refundable/exchangeable as well.

Can we return or exchange?
You can choose to return an item for store credits within 7 days upon receipt. Postage has to be done by registered mailing and will be borne by the buyer. Kindly refer to this page for more details.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate exchanges for now. Do consider returning for store credits before purchasing again.
Membership

Do my points expire?
Yes, membership renews yearly. Please use your points to claim your credit vouchers before the end of the calendar year to use them. As our loyalty system is still in its infancy stage, we will monitor membership levels and adjust accordingly for now.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical space for trying on our pieces. But subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we hold pop-ups!
